課程概述：
This course explains the physics of AMS and explains how AMS measurements are performed, with emphasis on the NTU AMS machine. The course familiarizes the student with sample preparation and AMS analysis techniques used in the study of 10Be, 14C, 26Al, 36Cl and 129I. Geologic applications of these isotopes are given with examples from the recent literature.There will be one written exam and a student project. The student project consists of a paper (5 to 10 pages) and an oral presentation (15-20 min) on an AMS topic. 

課程目標：
The goal of the course is to introduce the student to the theory, operation, and application of AMS in the geosciences.
